Following an initial conversation, a proposal will be sent for your acceptance before work can start.

A date for submitting the draft for feedback will be agreed.

For feedback work, a full brief of the written task (details of the task, criteria for success, and intended audience) must accompany the draft, so that the context is clear.

Feedback preparation and response time will be established by mutual agreement, depending on the length of the draft.

Feedback will be in writing.

The revision feedback focus is on the expression of the content (structure, organisation, language, style, and the completion of the elements of the task required), rather than the content itself. Proof-reading is a separate task from revision feedback (editing), and is a combination of track changes and additional comments.

The writing support offered aims to maximise the potential for success, rather than being a guarantee of success itself.

Revision feedback comments are suggestions only. It is the writer’s responsibility to decide on how the final draft will be presented.

An invoice will be sent with the feedback.
